We are so excited to have you join us for our first-ever Raindrop Summit! It’s going to be 36 hours of non-stop fun, connection, vision casting, and team connection!
We encourage you to be fully present while you’re with your team members. We will provide space for you to check emails and connect for work, but please be fully present to the activities we have for you to maximize our time together!
For attire, please dress casually and comfortably! Please check the weather and plan accordingly, we will be inside the Production Studio which can be a few degrees cooler.
All our events will be at the Production Studio located at 8276 Ronson Dr., San Diego, CA 92111.

During the Summit, we will have a community mural in the Lobby of the Production Studio. Put your artist skills to the test and contribute to our mural! It’ll be fun and a great way to add some color to our new lobby!
