REPORTS TO STUDIO MANAGER
Raindrop is a fast growing agency and the leader in creating Marketing People Love. We are looking for our next Studio Coordinator who is a creative problem solver that wants to work with our robust agency services team and helps support the studio needs. As a Studio Coordinator, you will host dozens of Raindroppers, clients and vendors throughout the week to help make our productions come to life.
You’ll lead our studio management, support our agency services team, and execute our daily studio operations. You will also be responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks to support our studio and business needs, as well as supporting in-house production teams and Agency Service culture initiatives. The ideal candidate is an energetic team player who is responsible, organized and loves to be a team player to support our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
Studio Management
- Opens and conducts closing procedures the Studio everyday (until around 2p most days)
- Oversee front desk and front of studio organization
- Manages shipping and package delivery including incoming product and laundry services
- Ensures organization, cleanliness and supplies of studio
- Manages studio vendors, maintenance scheduling and supply ordering to studio
- Deposits checks and manages mail for agency
- Works closely with Stage Manager for production scheduling
- Hosting clients on set, supporting meetings and events in the studio
- Ability to run errands for the agency and production as needed
Agency Services Administration
- Support with culture initiatives, such as organizing welcome gifts and onboarding tasks
- Assists with planning Committee and Agency events, including travel and logistics for meetings
- Supports Operations, Recruiting and HR with administrative tasks
Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to coordinate/collaborate with multiple teams to complete a task/project in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite; Experience Dropbox, and Clickup a plus
- Attention to detail
- Organizational pro
- Access to a car with a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Plus: Knowledge of studio equipment
Compensation and Perks
- $40,000-$50,000 DOE
