Since beginning our work with the San Diego Symphony they have seen an average of 25% year-over-year growth in their indoor series and 15% growth in their downtown series compared to an average of 1-2% year-over-year growth before Raindrop.

We reintroduced San Diegans to the Symphony and reminded them that it is a creative engine for the city and an organization worth supporting. The newly developed tagline, “Find Your Music” has encouraged new ways of connecting patrons with exciting new experiences.

The primary drivers for this momentum have been:

  1. Bayside Summer Nights Rebrand – featuring a new name and imagery for former Summer Pops brand.
  2. An overarching and sophisticated brand positioning that has brought vibrancy and growth by fostering relationship with the audience and;
  3. Expanding their reach and allure with a robust PR program to introduce the Symphony to new audiences and gain the kind of invaluable local, regional and national exposure they had never before experienced.
