Overview

When Hello Panda partnered with Raindrop, they weren’t just looking to boost awareness—they wanted to spark joy, drive retail growth, and make their iconic snack a cultural staple for a new generation of families.

With a legacy of love across generations and a standout product offering, Hello Panda had everything it needed to become more than a snack—it just needed the right story (and a few mischievous panda pals) to bring it to life.

We built an omni-channel campaign rooted in the insight that everyone deserves a treat break—and everyone deserves a little play. Inspired by the brand’s playful energy and the universal love of cookies, we created “Panda-Monium”—a colorful, whimsical brand world where every bag of Hello Panda becomes a portal to fun, imagination, and collectible cuteness.

At the heart of the campaign: the Panda Pals—a chibi-inspired, sprite-like crew of animated characters that burst into the real world with every bite, spreading happiness and lighthearted chaos wherever they go. They starred in a dynamic 30-second hero video, organic content series, and animated activations across social, retail, and beyond.

From social takeovers to collectible merch to future-forward partnerships with gaming, anime, and lifestyle brands, this wasn’t just a campaign—it was a joyful snack-sized universe.
