REPORTS TO ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR SOCIAL MEDIA
Raindrop is a fast-growing agency and the leader in Marketing People Love. We’re looking for a passionate Social Content Coordinator with experience in social media marketing and project management to help us create, manage, and elevate our clients’ content.
By forming a dynamic partnership within our Social Media, Production, Editing, and Account Teams, you will assist in managing scroll-stopping content for our clients. This will include the production of organic and paid content for channels such as TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
It’s imperative that you are strategic, adaptable, relentlessly passionate about social media and skilled in processes, including managing creators and talent, working with budgets, and assisting with production needs.
This is a highly dynamic role with an opportunity for you to develop personally and professionally within the agency’s rapidly-growing social media department. Responsibilities
User Generated Content and Social Talent Management
- Synthesize creative concepts into a brief template for talent
- Communicate and coordinate with talent/creators via email and talent platforms
- Coordinate with Account Managers and Editors for asset approvals
- Project manage budgets, processes, timelines, and creator payment
Social Content Production
- Attend pre-production meetings ahead of shoots
- Manage budgets and production admin for smaller social shoots
- Support teams to plan and execute social media video content with quick turnaround times
- Drive pre-production logistics around content days including casting talent, sourcing props, booking locations, organizing production sets, resourcing crew such as hair & makeup, creating production schedules, etc.
- Communicate and coordinate with talent via email and casting platforms
- Support on-set for production as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant work, internship, or personal experience in project management
- Key Skills: organization, strong communication, collaboration, deadline-oriented, casting experience, ability to manage a high volume of projects
- Production experience and project/account management experience is a plus
Compensation and Perks
- $40,000-$50,000 DOE
