Raindrop is a fast growing agency and the leader in creating Marketing People Love.  We are looking for our next Associate Producer who is a talent mix of detail and process oriented, creative, strategic, and relational. As an Associate Producer, you are a crucial member of our production team, helping to bring creative ideas to life and making amazing content for our clients. 

You’ll work closely in your assigned projects and with internal team members in order to move projects from start to finish all while remaining highly detailed and hyper organized. It is imperative that you can anticipate needs and challenges before they arise, and thrive in a setting where you are problem solving at a moment’s notice.

If you are a self-starter with a background in coordinating projects, have a strong initiative and willingness to learn to produce a variety of social assets and support our team of producers on larger commercial projects then this is the role for you.


 Pre-Production Planning 

  • Coordinate production logistics for assigned projects 
  • Develop shotlists in collaboration with the Director, Copywriters and Account Managers
  • Create production schedules and call sheets 
  • Research and book locations for shoots or coordinate set builds
  • Apply for permits from appropriate organizations and negotiate location agreements 
  • Research and secure props, set design and wardrobe items
  • Manage  booking external vendors, communication, contracts and invoicing


  • Manage production day location logistics, talent coordination and H/MU schedule 
  • Oversee production schedule and coordinate with the Director to keep the schedule on track
  • Handle  staging scenes on set 
  • Coordinate craft services for crew, talent and clients 
  • Assist Producers with support tasks on larger commercial shoots


  • Assist with managing production budgets
  • Track all expenses and submit weekly reports

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1 year of professional production experience 
  • Experience coordinating complex projects with a keen attention to detail 
  • A flair for problem-solving and ability to adapt to changing situations 
  • An understanding of the industry and production process 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to flex hours: Most filming is done between 9am-5pm M-F, but we do flex hours for certain shoots

Compensation and Perks

  • $50,000-$60,000  DOE
